Locally Real Brochure

I designed this brochure for a team of real estate agents. They approached me for a trifold, but had concerns about using paper products. I offered this five-inch square bifold as an option to save paper and money, while also standing out more than a typical trifold format. The design was based off of their website's look and feel, with a little extra flair that a printed piece allows.
